Lost Angel of Darkness

She was tall, dark hair, could have been a man, but couldn't tell because of the mirror 70's aviator glasses, the long black leather trench-coat, dress(?) and massive black boots. She was kind of wandering on O'Farrell, toward Hyde, slowing at Ada Alley. I could manage only a glance. She could of been the drag-queen alter-ego of Sisters of Mercy..

That would be me, and what I get for dressing well and walking tall down O'Farrell at 2:30 Saturday morning. The kids are coming home, the strip clubs are emptying out, and the remnants are still llooking for a better time.

Yesterday evening, walking home from BART up Hyde street, Corssing Ellis, I see a young white man, thin, wearing what appears to be a cheerleading outfit. Blue & white pleated skirt, white sleeveless top. I don't know what team he was cheering for.
